The Boston Matrix, also known as the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Matrix, is a strategic tool used by organizations to analyze and manage their product portfolio. The Enterprise Design language, EDGY, from the Intersection Group, enables people to design well-designed outcomes for better enterprises!
